INGREDIENTS:

A Cake Mix of your choice

Two containers prepared Chocolate Frosting

McCormick Black ® Assorted Food Colors of Autumn

Candy Corn & Black Licorice Strings

A Pretzel

Cake Board

METHOD:

1. Bake two 8 or 9 inch cake layers as directed. Remove from the kitchen and let cool completely. While youÂ're wait, make a cake table to display your beautiful cake creation.

2. Freeze layers about ½ hr. before frosting. This will make them less slippery and easier to frost. Just place in large resealable bags and place in a baking tray in the freezer.

3. Mark a circle around one of the layers of cake about 1 inch from edge of cake and cut at the marking. Remove the inner circle and set aside. This will be the cat's head. Save the rest foreign cake to make the tail, ears and feet.

4. Prepare glaze by adding black food coloring from McCormick ® varied colors in autumn Foods chocolate glaze to achieve the desired color. (Use about 3-4 drops of food coloring in each cup 1 / 2 frosting.)
