Although sometimes the public forgets, riders of Harley-Davidson and other motorcycles are people too. We have the same concerns and needs as anyone else and same desire to help those less fortunate. There are dozens of biker-sponsored charities that include the few mentioned here.
Bikers Against Child Abuse
Founder John Paul Chief Lilly is a licensed social worker and avid bicyclist. Chief was trying to find a way to help abused eight-year old and out of their shell of fear. He brought the boy to his circle of friends and this boy motorcyclists opened in the coming weeks.
In 1995, the first trip to help abused children was conducted. The event was so successful that the new episodes began appearing around the nation.
This cycling family exists to work with police and judicial system to help abused children get the help and protection they need. They help raise money to fund therapy for abused children who are not covered by medical insurance.
Long Reach Long Riders
One of the charities latest cyclist, this organization held its first tour in support of Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS in 2004. Since then they have raised more than $ 130,000 and is added another charity, Foundations is behind the scenes.
They hold an annual walk and success has skyrocketed. The journey in 2007 through New England has more than doubled in 2006 and has raised high hopes for travel in 2008 in the Southwest.
Not wanting to limit participation to strong men on their Harley-Davidson, in 2007 they added the "short-range short-Riders", an annual event. Teenagers riding tricycles to raise funds for charities LRLR.
Love Ride
This charity dates back to 1981 when Harley-Davidson became a sponsor of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. An owner Store Harley-Davidson named Oliver Shokouh two Biker's Carnival held in support of the MDA. The carnivals are only marginally successful in raising funds for Shokouh and his friends had a different idea: the Love Ride.
The first trip in 1984 was a great success. Not just over 500 people present, but these people including Peter Fonda, Robbie Krieger of The Doors, and Willie G. Davidson, grandson of Harley-Davidson's original founders.
The annual trip has become more successful each year, raising more than twenty million dollars for the MDA, Special Olympics, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, and many others.
Bikers from around the country are doing everything possible to restore the community to do what they love: cycling. They are raising money, helping the community, dissemination and awareness serious problems. While Hollywood loves to use the cliche of bad biker, real cyclists are doing what they can to make our world a better place.

This literally grabs your attention right from the first note with Rockin Horse and wonÂ't hold until the last note of the last song on the foam cube, which incidentally is another big issue.
Pop music fans will recognize some of known contributors on the project, including Eric dark and Steve Nathan, plus some other notables as well.
Overall Restless is an exceptional version. What I call must have music. I give two thumbs and is definitely a good addition to any collection of pop. Truly an outstanding Pop CD. One that is completely void of any wasted time, as each item is simply excellent.
While the entire album is really very good some of my favorites are Track 2 – backseat of a Greyhound bus, track 6 – Need To Be Next To You, and track 13 – Suds In The Bucket
My cousin Selection, and was angry that [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 – Rockin Horse. What is a nice subject!
