Management advice to help you make small changes that lead to major changes. It is always daily, manageable steps that move you from where you are to where you want to be. However, this progress is also doing some of the toughest jobs ever do. Why is that?

You know the saying, "Rome was not built in a day". In fact it was built brick by brick. Imagine the challenge of keeping sight of the goal, while stacking bricks for months or even years, finally! So for us, very often, as we build towards our goals.

Here are 3 things to keep into account when implementing measures designed to achieve its goal, which can be:

  1. Start Now, take your time. As you begin, remember to find time to reach your goal, probably involves changing the priorities of his time, setting time limits, and letting go of some old habits time around. All this can be bad at first. Give yourself and your loved ones time to adjust as you make this transition in his life.
  2. Reward as often as you need, consistently. Be sure to recognize and reward small accomplishments that move you toward your objective is. This is very, very important!
