Quote – Peter McWilliams: fault is anger directed at ourselves – What do you think it means?
My point of view, I have witnessed what many expressions of anger have been directed to the wrong people and ourselves have been guilty of this violation. For example, suppose you suspect your neighbor is stealing their garbage cans (excuse the pun, but this situation sucks!). Instead of asking your neighbor or to attempt to resolve the situation with him or her, comes home angry and yell at their children out of anger. In this case, the proper object of their anger should be your neighbor, but their children became the object of his wrath instead. I think, Peter McWilliams expressed anger bode well for us and, overall, for society. Too often, what is witnessed today is the anger directed to any objective or purpose, but simply because of anger. The objects of wrath are in abundance, but the objects themselves are scarce. It seems that many people are not deliberate enough expressed anger about and this can lead to serious consequences. It is also important to remember that this problem involves everyone. Although not everyone struggle with uncontrollable rage, we have all been affected by it, either as the guilty party and / or as the victim.
