Partnership working is simply the combination of two or more people or businesses in a joint venture or enterprise. 4. The flow through capital gains: is the vehicle trade allow easy access to capital gains at the end of the investment, or you have to liquidate (eg an undertaking will require clearance unless a rating to access the capital gains tax exempt in New Zealand).

5. Border tax considerations: for investors offshore or cross border tax issues could arrise comlex? Like capital gains, non-resident withholding tax, the involvement of new cumulation rules Zealand and currency movements, and avoid double taxation on dividend income.
