Unless you have been involved in an exercise routine, you may start to notice (or already have) that flab hanging from under the arms. In fact, you can move like Jell-O so. Well, here are some exercises designed to get rid of the bat-wing arms ugly.

Using weights 1-2 pounds Hand and a jump rope, follow this routine: jumping rope for one minute, then rest. Then lift the weights on your shoulder for 60 seconds. Repeat this routine twice. Voila! If you do this exercise three times a week, a month in the bat wings are gone!

If you have never exercised before, here are some ways easy to target your triceps, biceps and shoulders. Well, why not? You might as well exercise your whole arm, right? You will need a resistance band, first. Well, here we go:

Triceps: Stand with feet apart, holding a final of a resistance band in each hand. Extend your left arm diagonally up and right arm diagonally down, palms out. Bend the right elbow, which the right fist and forearm in toward your chest. Do 8 to 10 repetitions, switch arms and repeat.

Biceps: Stand in the center of a band resistance, feet at shoulder width, arms at your sides. Hold one end of the band in each hand, palms facing each other. Bend elbows, keeping them tucked in parties, to bring your hands toward shoulders while rotating wrists 180 degrees so that the palms face out at the top, bottom. Do 8 to 10 repetitions.

Shoulders: Place the center of your feet on a resistance band and standing with feet shoulder-width. Hold one end of the band in each hand, arms at sides, palms facing your body. Raise arms straight sides at chest height so they are parallel to the ground to hold two positions, lower and repeat. Do 8 to 10 repetitions.

Feel better? Just think, with these exercises you can wear your favorite dresses, blouses, robes, fine linen or other such meeting in the closet. More importantly, the next time you greet a friend or neighbor, you will not take flight on a route closer to the cave! Or well, you will not be completely humiliated in his next visit to the doctor when the nurse says she can not take a blood sample because his arm is so dense that it can not locate the vein.
