Bruce Lee is known for its ability to punch and kick very fast. What did Lee do in your training to increase the speed of his punches and kicks? It was very important to have quick hands and be able to strike without telegraphing his intentions.

Being able to punch or kick before your opponent can react gives it an advantage in a fight and Bruce Lee intended to be the fastest, as in all his training continued in earnest.

There are some techniques used Lee suggested to help improve speed.

One of the main things we believed it was not the punch or kick in itself, but its mood. He said that is important to be relaxed, not tense or worried. Being relaxed allows you to transfer their energy into their actions much faster. Block being tense or worried their ability to be fast.

Some of the techniques used were simple but effective Lee. To help increase the speed you need to improve the contraction fast muscles. Improved strength would be a start and doing specific exercises help to produce more speed.

As found in the writings of Bruce Lee, it was suggested the use of paper to drill into. You could hang a shoulder height hit a target. You could go through or concentrating just hit the surface of it.

Lee suggested using a candle to the practice of his back hand. You could run your hand back in the fire and try to put it out with your speed. Obviously, the game also slapping you hold your hand and tried to pull away before your opponent could impose he. This will help sharpen your reflexes and leave you with a sore hand.

Gothic ?!?!?

i dont get it why people have a problem and I hate when someone looks gothic. When people see a girl wearing tons in black all of a sudden all the stereotypes Gothic is consumed in them. You will not believe how many people have asked me if I'm short!

The problem is that society teaches us to stereotype others. With the gothic look, it is assumed that you are using to be a rebel, a Satanist or devil worshiper. Some of those who use the Gothic aspect they are doing just that, rebels. Some have very bad attitudes. But there are some who like the look and look great wearing it. So while you're just being yourself, do not worry about what others think. for those wondering if you cut too …. just smile and politely thank you for your concern and asked if they would recommend. Sounds unpleasant. No matter what they will think what they want, but how well do you behave that looks bad, or that look like idiots.
