There was a murder years back in Rockland County that Kenneth Hiep was murdered by his teammate Carlos HEMSTREET. Hiep was found stabbed 82 times and left to die. His partner was convicted to life in prison for doing this. I would like to find published articles on this HEMSTREET what Charles did and items that were publsihed through the years and their hope for a appea;. These articles were published in The Journal News at the time. And I am interested in reading these articles and what transpried during these tests with HEMSTREET.
