terrorism in usa
If the U.S. may use laws against terrorism to eliminate the rights and freedoms, why Australia has one?

If the U.S. government can circumvent the rights of U.S. citizens on the pretext of combating terrorism, then what good is a Bill of Rights? Australia also is a unique democracy, not a state or territory near us. It is a land with its own style and character. Why would anyone suggest that we in the style of U.S. democracy when you have more shortcomings than ours?

lost liberties in the U.S.. right to drive without a license (the Constitution). is against the right to travel without a right means you do not need permission to do so, only slaves do not need permission to exercise the sovereign rights of individuals. Second Instead we need a marriage license to marry another, infringement of individual rights. Marriage was instituted by God in the Bible. no man was necessary to ask permission. I understand tax purposes, or whatever to register so they know their marriage and the spouse can get benefits other wise they could not get. Of course, these were lost long ago. modern days since 9 / 11 right to be secure in the person's own property, etc, they can now spy on your phone calls without a order of probable cause, you can see every move wherever they go, they tell people their real rights and gives people without even knowing it. like when you're stopped by a policeman misdemeanor, people think they have to let the search for CP is probably the cause or without a warrant. not. police use intimidation and threats of giving up the rights it is also illegal to do. or unreasonable search and seizure, and random search when you walk down the street, is in the books, now you can do it without your permission. and has been exercised against people, I read some cases where these rights were violated. even now can check their medical records without your permission and can be heard in his conversations with his lawyer. and may be used against you. and you have to answer in court and not allowed the request of the fifth. Of course, if they are violated in practice it is only sometimes the case, depends on the government agenda. if they are no threat Governments of hidden agendas that do not make illegal use of these laws, if so, then use. This is a tactic of control of a dictatorship that is trying to applicable here. Of course I will tell you that this is for their protection, but asks that the protection of whom? of terrorists or protecting them from people. anyway we still have much more freedom here, then elsewhere in order to use Wisly. If officers are led by government, because of their beliefs or wealth, care will use every tactic in the book against him. example, ever here of Greenlining? and look for a site I was reading something called freedom, is said about the proposed wildlands. gives details of legal and illegal tactics of government officials and environmentalists nickname for his friends take land from people to keep wealth in the hands of these beings and their friends under the pretext of protecting the environment. check it out, I found this site for google map of wilderness areas project. and I found a site called something like freedom remember. This is an example of the conquest of the Americans by surprise, without even firing a shot. RRRRRR
