Where is the orignal painting of "horses of Pharaoh" by John Frederick Herring is sr?

I searched numerous sites and only there are traces of what painting.Was lost, stolen or in a private collection, possibly?

It was sold at auction through Christie's in 1986 by approximately $ 450,000. Unfortunately, I can not find a record of who bought it, but does not appear in any of the big museums have their other paintings, so I'm assuming it's now in a private collection.

How add RSS feed on your lens?

Step 1. Login to your account and Â'Edit Squidoo Click this goal. "

Step 2. Click click on "Â'Add modules' in Â'RSS: Add your own food."

Step 3. Optional. If you want to place the new module into other place as the bottom of the page, click Â'Preview Lens Design and hover over the new module, click to grab it and then slide up. When the desired location, release the mouse.

Step 4. Click Save.

Step 5. Scroll through your lens again. You are in edit mode, so you find your new RSS module and click Edit. Enter a title – Use keywords to be relevant. In panel URL, add the following:

Step 7. If you do not like what you see, or if just want to try other options, click Edit again (as in step 5). Continue until you are a happy lensmaster. Then scroll to the top of the page and click Publish and when it is published, click Â'View this page 'to see your work.

Definition
Adipokinetic hormones (AKH) are a family of structurally related peptides that occur widely in insects belonging to members family of large arthropod neuropeptide. Exerts a wide range of functions, many of which are similar to those of vertebrate glucagon.

Discovery
It was discovered in the desert locust Schistocerca gregaria and was purified in 1976 by the stone and equipment. Heart was isolated from corpora painted lady butterfly, Vanessa cardui1.

Classification
There are 3 isoforms of AKH know. AKH-1, AKH-AKH-II and III. AKH-I is a decapeptide, AKH-AKH-II and III are the molecular ratio octapeptide of these 3 peptides vary (14:2:1), respectively. All these hormones are derived from 63 – and 61-amino-acid peptide precursors.

Features Structural
The molecular weight of adipokinetic hormone is 1008.1 kDa. The peptide amino acid sequence is pGlu-Leu-Asn-Phe-Thr-Pro-Asn-Trp-Gly-Thr-NH2. AKHs insects are post-translationally modified in the N-terminal pyroglutamic acid and the C-terminal carboxyamide2. They contain aromatic amino acids at position 4 (especially phenylalanine, tyrosine, in some cases) and at position 8 (tryptophan). Position 9 glycine is always used in the octapeptides for amidation, and the majority of peptides has no net charge.

Mode of action
AKH family regulate substrate mobilization of fat stores insect body during episodes of flight. During the flight, they join a AKHs q (G) protein-coupled receptor, activates phospholipase C resulting in the formation inositol trisphosphate that releases Ca (2 +) from internal stores. Moreover, the entry of extracellular Ca2 + and increases through a cascade of glycogen phosphorylase kinase is activated, glucose-1-phosphate produced and transformed to trehalose is released in haemolymph3.

Functions
AKHs are multifunctional carrying various physiological functions, such as accelerated cardiovascular cockroaches and migration of tegumentary and distal retinal pigment in crustaceans. Induces transcription cytochrome P450 gene in the fat body of cockroaches and the expression of a gene that encodes the protein binding of fatty acids in the flight muscle of locusts. These peptides have excitatory effects on motor neurons in moths4. There is insufficient evidence to show that AKH regulates the balance of carbohydrate oxidation lipids in the flight muscles.
