Brett Clay has written a book on sales force called what else? The forced sale. And if anyone knows how to sell himself or his product, Brett Clay MBA with a resume that includes twenty years experience as a sales trainer, consultant and vice president of sales, marketing and business development at many companies high technology, including Microsoft, Clay is more than qualified to teach others how to sell. He has studied what works and what does not, and he knows what mistakes and misunderstandings that a seller must overcome to succeed. With many sheets of practical activities and personal examples, and numerous to analyze one of the clients and staff own sales technique of forced sale is sure to change any vendor into a force to be reckoned with.

Become a force, however, does not mean that contains the myth that the seller insistent that makes cold calls to manipulate people to buy a product they do not want and then regret it. As a sample of clay the biggest mistake a seller can do is believe that the customer needs your product. Clay makes clear that no one needs a product. The product is a solution for the customer's problem, but to sell the product as a solution is inadequate. The salesperson's job is not only to understand what customer problems and needs are just exploring changes the organization needs to incorporate and then sell the customer on how the product can transform the organization for the better. A salesperson should focus on developing the exchange agent for its clients and their businesses.

Change is the real purpose of forced sale. Clay has created its change leadership framework for bringing about change in organization, with the seller as a driving force. This model of change leadership is vital in an age when people prefer to go online for information and make their purchases, so you devaluation of assistance from sellers. To accommodate this Internet market, sellers can not just sell a product but must know their customers inside and out and be special to help clients achieve their goals. Leadership for change and then progresses to the client's learning objectives to find out what that change should take place within the organization so that the product can be introduced as a means to achieve the objectives.

Beyond of bringing their years of experience in a forced sale, Brett Clay has studied psychology and theory of the sale. Throughout the book, describes a wide range of theories Adam Smith's Wealth of nations to Maslow's theories of what motivates human behavior. At the foundation of the book are the psychological theories of the German psychologist Kurt Lewin on how change happens in groups. Clay applies these theories to demonstrate that all companies have goals, and the seller must remember, "a goal is a change to try to reach through the satisfaction of certain needs. "The successful salesperson understand customer goals and will meet the players keys within the enterprise to work to become the guiding force to affect change. To sell to key players, including both supporters and opponents of change, seller must understand the personalities of key members of the client organization. Clay recommended that the study of the sellers of the Meyer-Briggs theory of trends behavior so that they can predict the reactions of the client, understand their views and be prepared to answer their objections.

While experience shows Clay, intelligence, and insight in his examples, which also forced sale of a book very readable and enjoyable. I love to use metaphors to express their views. For example, compare Clay's sales to the California gold rush. Search engines are the vendors who make cold calls, prospecting only on the surface, and is unlikely to find much gold. Clay encourages vendors rather than miners, digging gold real gold to be within the client organization. The seller must find the gold nuggets in the organization, changes that encourage the seller of the product can result. Moreover, the vendor must be prepared not only to deliver the product but to sell the customer service and help to incorporate the change, support, a timeline and a plan to implement change. Thus, the seller becomes a strategic resource for the client.

Many educational yet also humorous cartoons fill the pages of a forced sale. The main cartoon character is a salesman for bulldog learning to become a sales agent force for change. A picture is worth a thousand words, so that while the theoretical details of the forced sale may become forgotten, the seller can open the book at any time, watch a few cartoons and quickly recall the main points of forced sale.

As managers, traders and retailers will benefit most from forced sale, many of Clay's ideas and activities will also enhance the change in the personal lives of people and relationships. Brett Clay illustrates the personal application of the forced sale of their own life stories, focusing on their children, spouse, and even his painter slapdash. In fact, Clay plans his next book of life will be forced to demonstrate how business and set goals such as doubling its revenue in five years, people should set personal goals to achieve their dreams. After seeing how beneficial the forced sale is the seller, I hope the next book by Clay.

In 1997, the North Korean government decided that too many people roaming around the country. A royal decree was released in September requiring all children street to be arrested and placed in institutions. Some have opined that the real reason behind his action of concealment. These beggars made the country suspect in the eyes of United Nations officials that even "9-27 camps", named after the date of the edict. He was surprised by the effects of malnutrition in children who had been nicknamed "flower swallows". Are compared with the birds because they jump from place to place to eat lunch as their smaller counterparts winged. There he met …

Gang-Chi. 15 years old. Four feet high.

A 13-year-old. Three feet six inches.

Kang Minghwa. 16 years of age. He looked just 9 years old. Testimonials Kang is chilling. His impression was that the children were taken into custody to die from view. A mixture of grain dust and unknown "food substitutes" nourished children on a daily basis. And day after day, children died. Kang tracked through a window in the camp, then under a railway bridge crossing the Tumen River into China. Making his way in Yanji asked for food on the street.

For the love of Christ shown by many believers in the area, some children in this condition were treated. But oh so many were and are not. For this day, an average North Korean is 20 inches shorter and weighs half as much as his South Korean counterpart. In the late 90s to a survey reported suffering from delayed growth 2 / 3 of children in North Korea, living proof that the famine had been occurring for some time, it was not just a temporary problem brought natural causes.

Many nations have natural disasters, including our own. But through modern communications and transportation, the peoples of the Earth rally together and have even from the standpoint of the world, a remarkable recovery in a relatively short period of time. Add the love of Christ in many of the people Earth, and "miracle" can add to the description. But leaders of NK truly believe they are trying to save their land from evil influences of a world that hates them. And by doing so gradually allowing the genocide of the Korean people.

Who will have mercy on North Korea? Surely God is already doing. Now we need.

http://chosunhouse.com is a website I put together a few months back to get the word out to believers that they need to pray for North Korea. Just about every day I’m writing a blog featuring some news, a book, or a story of North Korea. There’s a live news feed on the site, lists of resources, picture essays, and ways to respond to the overwhelming need in North Korea. Let’s love Chosun together!

And who am I? A man found of God over 50 years ago, called to the ministry, serving the Lord as needed in my world. Married, member of a local church in the Chicago area, with full time work in public education. Who are you? Would love to fellowship with believers who respond on my site.
