Jim Fergus

Thousand White Women by Jim Fergus – treaty with the Cheyenne Indians?
The book is nonfiction, but from what I read, asked Chief Little Foot President Grant of 1,000 white women to marry Indians. I have to assume it was denied, and this book is what might have happened. Anybody know the story? It seems I can not find any real proof of the event. The author just emailed me and was a request from the Cheyenne women to trade for horses. This book is the story of what might have happened if the request was granted.
This book is a novel (fiction), which is why I can not find real evidence of the event. Read more about this book on your website, www.jimfergus.com
